Team 3000 is a Richmond, BC real estate company that embraces the internet and the use of technology to improve the productivity of it’s Agents. The company has developed a new Business System that change the way how real estate business is done in Canada.

The FIRST Real Estate Payroll Service

This is a totally new approach that benefit all real estate agents in BC. They can now take control of their own money in operating their business! Until now, a real estate agent pays between $200 to $700 or more a month in admin/desk/franchise fees to his or her real estate brokerage.

With Team 3000, an agent has the option to sign on with a pay-as-you-go fee of $100 a month – a deal similar to other real estate brokerages. Or a Realtor can elect to become a “life-time member” of Team 3000 Realty by paying a one-time $1,000 fee to be a “life-time member”.  As a life-time member, there is no monthly desk/admin or franchise fees to pay .

Payroll or Deal Processing Service

Team 3000 provides “real estate deal processing service” to it’s agent for a fee of $300 for each deal processed by the company. Details on the process involved can be viewed here.

Strategic Partners Program

This is a powerful program for agents who want to build their real estate business within the framework of Team 3000 Realty.  An Assocaite Partner shares 20% of the $300 deal fee on every deal done by the agents sponsored by him or her in joining the company. Team 3000 MLS Portal

Team 3000’s MLS portal provides easy homes for sale search by home buyers and sellers. The leads we received from home buyers and sellers are distributed to our agents in various cities in Greater Vancouver, Fraser Valley and Chilliwack.

For agents who want to develop their on website, the company has the resources to help it’s agents to develop their own online leads generation system. An agent’s website when set-up properly will help the agent making connection with home buyers and sellers who are searching for homes for sale info in his area.
