The company processes your real estate deals, just like any other real estate companies. As a BC company, we can process your deals anywhere in the province of British Columbia. When you are a selling agent, your buyer’s  “real estate deposit” can be handed over to the office, for deposited directly into the company’s RBC Trust Account from any RBC branch. You are provided with the company’’s RBC Trust Account info when you join the company.

We handle your estate deposits, remit excess money to the lawyers handling the real estate deals  and on a later date, can arrange to wire your real estate commissions to you directly. when a deal is completed.
